ServSafe® Food Manager
A comprehensive training program designed to provide food service professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the safe preparation and service of food. The course covers a range of topics including foodborne illness prevention, proper sanitation practices, and safe food handling techniques. Upon completion of the course and passing the exam, participants receive the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, which is recognized and accepted by food service establishments across the United States. This certification demonstrates a commitment to food safety and can help individuals advance their careers in the food service industry.
ServSafe® Alcohol Training
This is designed to provide training and certification to help alcohol service professionals to serve alcohol responsibly and comply with laws and regulations. This program covers a wide range of topics, including the effects of alcohol on the body, how to identify signs of intoxication, how to prevent and manage difficult situations, and the importance of checking identification. This training is recognized and accepted by establishments across the United States and is designed to help individuals advance their careers in the food and beverage industry. ServSafe® Food Handlers
A training program designed to provide food handlers with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment for themselves and their customers. This program covers a range of topics, including foodborne illness prevention, proper hygiene practices, safe food handling techniques, and more. The training is designed for all food handlers, including servers, chefs, bartenders, and anyone who is involved in the preparation or service of food. Upon completion of the course and passing the exam, participants receive the ServSafe® Food Handlers Certification, which is recognized and accepted by food service establishments across the United States. This certification demonstrates a commitment to food safety and can help individuals stand out in the food service industry.

What happens if I fail the certification exam at RS3 Academy?This product is NOT refundable. Failed exams: If you do not pass your exam, you may schedule another exam following our Retesting policy. Retesting policy: Our retesting policy states an examinee may take the exam the first two times at no additional cost within a 30-day period, if necessary. If three or more attempts are required, the examinee must wait at least 60 days and from their last attempt pay to registeration. No more than four attempts are allowed in a 12-month period.

Will RS3 Academy provide any study materials or resources for the certification exam?Yes. Registration includes Classes with online exam or paper exam – Includes the ServSafe® book and practice exams. Your book is mailed to you upon registration. Shipping included.
