I want to help entrepreneurs, businesses owners and managers who have the challenge of making sure that the people who are working on their teams in their businesses are trained and know what to do.  

Allow me to start by saying that I am making the assumption that you already have documented SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure), I am making the assumption that you have a list of all of the jobs descriptions, tasks that you are expecting your team to do.  If you don’t have those SOP’s in place yet don’t worry I got you. We will talk about a plan for that at the end.
